Our Admissions Process
We ask potential future families to join our waitlist, which will place your child’s information on the appropriate waitlist. Our admissions coordinator will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available for you. If you have any questions or would like an update, please email jrivera@treetopacademy.com. If a spot does not become available for the desired school year, if applicable, your child will automatically be added to the following years waitlist.
Here’s what you can expect:

To join our waitlist all you have to do is fill out the short application form and pay a non-refundable $50 payment. Only one form is needed, and the fee is paid just once per family. If you do not pay the waitlist fee, your child’s name can not be added to the waitlist, with the exception of our 3-day-per-week VPK ONLY program (2026-2027 School Year). We encourage you to join our current and future waitlists. If you do not pay the waitlist fee, your child’s name can not be added to any of our waitlists, with the exception of VPK Only.
Once you complete this step, you will receive a confirmation from our website which is called Squarespace. (You may need to check your junk mail for confirmation).

When a spot becomes available in your requested program, you will receive an email with a contingent offer.
You will have 24 hours to accept the contingent offer.
Once accepted, we will schedule a playdate visit and email a Teacher Recommendation Form for your child's current teacher to complete.
After the playdate and completed recommendation form are received, the Admissions Committee will review your child's application.
If an official spot is offered (email), you will have 72 hours to accept.
You will then receive our digital enrollment packet and submit the annual registration fee to secure your child's spot.

Your payment will prompt an information form. Please enter the information requested on the form, this will add you to the appropriate waitlist. The $50 fee is non-refundable. Only one purchased form is needed, per family. If you do not pay the waitlist fee, your child’s name can not be added to any of our waitlists, with the exception of VPK Only. To join the VPK Only Waitlist, there is no fee. To add your child, please email jrivera@treetopacademy.com with your child’s name and birth date.
VPK Only Program is in session : T, W, Th 9:15am - 2:15pm.

We also believe it is important to make quality programs available to all families. Therefore, we set our tuition rates where we feel we can balance the value of a quality program of with financial accessibility for ally families.
