Our Admissions Process
We ask potential future families to join our waitlist, which will place your child’s information on the appropriate waitlist. Our admissions coordinator will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available for you. If you have any questions or would like an update, please email jrivera@treetopacademy.com. If a spot does not become available for the desired school year, if applicable, your child will automatically be added to the following years waitlist.
Here’s what you can expect:

To join our waitlist all you have to do is fill out the short application form and pay a non-refundable $50 payment. Only one form is needed, per family. If you do not pay the waitlist fee, your child’s name can not be added to the waitlist, with the exception of our 3-day-per-week VPK ONLY program (2024-2025 School Year). Our Two’s program for 2024-2025 is full. We encourage you to join our future waitlists. This is only for the Two’s program. Only one purchased form as will as fee s needed, per family. If you do not pay the waitlist fee, your child’s name can not be added to any of our waitlists, with the exception of VPK Only.
Once you complete this step, you will receive a confirmation from our website which is called Squarespace. (You may need to check your junk mail for confirmation).

When you receive communication regarding your spot offered, you will accept and receive our digital enrollment packet through our online admissions system.

Tree Top Academy VPK Only 2025-2026 Waitlist
The 2025-2026 VPK ONLY WAITLIST WILL BECOME ACTIVE ON JANUARY 27th, 2025. Please use this link for lottery details.
To join the VPK Only Waitlist, there is no fee. To add your child, please email jrivera@treetopacademy.com with your child’s name and birth date.
VPK Only Program is in session : T, W, Th 9:15am - 1:30pm.

We believe that high quality early education is invaluable. It can set the foundation for inquisitiveness and lifelong learning. We also believe it is important to make quality programs available to families with a diverse range of incomes. Therefore, we set our tuition rates where we feel we can balance the high cost of a quality program with financial accessibility for many families. Our financial aid program can help bridge the gap when financial resources are tight.
The limited financial aid program is described in more detail below.
