Your payment will prompt an information form. Please enter the information requested on the form, this will add you to the appropriate waitlist. The $50 fee is non-refundable. Only one purchased form is needed, per family. If you do not pay the waitlist fee, your child’s name can not be added to any of our waitlists, with the exception of VPK Only.
